Article 3 Explanation and revision of terms, etc.

You may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate the relevant laws such as the Consumer's Basic Law.
When revising the Terms and Conditions, the date of application and reasons for revision shall be specified and announced on the initial screen of the mall together with the current terms from 7 days before the effective date to the day before the effective date. Article 4 Service Provision and Change

If the mall changes the contents of the service contracted with the user for reasons such as the sale of goods or the change of the technical specification, the reason shall be immediately notified to the address notified to the user.

In the case of the preceding paragraph, the mall compensates for damages incurred by the user. However, this is not the case if it proves that there is no malfunction or negligence.

Article 5 Suspension of Service

The mall may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance or repair or replacement of information and communication facilities, such as computers, or failure of communication or interruption of communication.
The mall shall compensate for damages incurred by the user or a third party due to temporary interruption in the provision of services due to the reasons described in Paragraph 1 above. This is not the case if the mall proves that there is no intention or negligence.

Article 6 Membership

The user submits the member information according to the registration form established by the mall and then signs the agreement to agree to the terms and conditions.

The time for establishing the membership contract is when the mall's approval reaches the member.

Article 7 Withdrawal of membership and loss of qualification

Members can request to leave the mall at any time, and the mall will process the membership withdrawal immediately.
If the member falls under any of the following grounds, the mall may limit and suspend membership.
1. If you registered false information at the time of application
2. Payment of goods purchased using the mall ㅣ If you do not pay the obligation to be paid by the member in relation to other mall usage
3. Threatening the e-commerce order, such as interfering with the mall use of another person or stealing the information
4. When the mall is used to prohibit the law or this agreement or to act against the public good
The mall may lose membership if the same activity is repeated more than once after stopping the mall membership, or if the reason is not corrected within 30 days.
If the mall loses the membership, the membership is canceled. In this case, you will be notified of the membership and given at least 30 days prior to the termination of membership registration.

Article 8 Notice to Members

If the mall notifies the member, the mall may pre-commit to the specified e-mail address.
The mall can be replaced with individual notice by posting on the mall bulletin board for more than 1 week in case of notice to many unspecified members. However, we will make individual notices about matters that have a material effect on the member's transactions.

Article 9 Application for Purchase

Article 13 Supply of Goods, etc.

Article 14 Refund

Article 15 withdrawal of subscription, etc.

Article 16 Effect of withdrawal of subscription

When the mall returns the goods from the user, the mall refunds the goods already paid within 3 business days. In the case of a refund of the above amount, the mall shall suspend or cancel the payment of the goods, etc., by the provider who provided the payment means without delay when the user pays the goods as payment means such as credit card or electronic money request.

In case of withdrawal of subscription, the user will bear the cost of returning the goods received. The Mall will not charge the user for penalty or damages for reasons such as withdrawal of subscription. However, if the contents of the goods are different from the contents of the displayed advertisement or the contents are different from the contents of the contract and the withdrawal of the subscription is made, the expenses necessary for the return of the goods are borne by the buyer.

When the user receives the goods, the mall clearly displays to the user who is responsible for the cost of withdrawing the application.

Article 17 Protection of Personal Information

The Mall collects at least the personal information necessary to provide the service when collecting the user's personal information.
The Mall does not collect the information necessary for fulfilling the purchase contract in advance. However, this is not the case when collecting at least certain specific personal information as a case where identification is required prior to the purchase contract in order to fulfill the obligations under the relevant laws and regulations.
When collecting and using the personal information of the user, the mall informs the user of the purpose and receives the consent.
The mall can not use the collected personal information for purposes other than the purpose. When the new use purpose occurs or it is provided to a third party, the mall informs the user of the purpose of use and accepts the consent. However, except in cases where the relevant laws and ordinances provide otherwise.

The mall should be limited to the loss of the user's personal information including the credit card, bank account, etc. provided by the third party without permission. The third person who receives personal information from the mall or any other person will destroy the personal information without delay when it has achieved the purpose of collecting or receiving the personal information. The mall does not set the consent section for collecting and providing personal information to be selected in advance. In addition, the service that is limited when the user's refusal to consent to the collection and use of personal information is specifically specified, and the provision of services such as membership registration is restricted or refused due to the user's refusal to consent to the collection and use of personal information, Do not.

Article 18 Duty of the mall

The Mall shall not do any act contrary to the laws and regulations, or the contrary to public order, and shall do its best to provide the goods and services continuously and reliably as stipulated by this Agreement.
The mall must have a security system to protect the user's personal information (including credit information) so that the user can use the Internet service safely.
The mall is liable to indemnify the user for damages caused by the display of the goods or services ㅣ The unjustified indication ㅣ the advertisement of the fairness of Article 3 of the law.
Mall does not send commercial emails for commercial purposes that users do not want.

Article 19 Duty to Members' ID and Password

The member is responsible for the management of the ID and password except in Article 17.
Members should not allow their ID and password to be used by a third party.
If the member recognizes that his / her ID and password are stolen or used by a third party, he / she shall notify the mall immediately, and if there is guidance of the mall, he / she should do so.

Article 20 Obligations of User

The user should not conduct the following

3. Changes to information posted on the mall
4. Sending or posting information other than information set by the mall (computer programs, etc.)
5. Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of malls and other third parties

Article 21 Relationship between connection mall and connection mall

Article 22 Restriction on the Use and Restriction of Copyright

The copyrights and other intellectual property rights of the works created by the Mall belong to the mall.
The user shall not use the information obtained by using the mall for profit-making purpose or use it for a third party by copying, transmitting, publishing, broadcasting, broadcasting or otherwise without the prior consent of the mall.
The mall shall notify the user of the use of the copyright belonging to the user in accordance with the agreement.

Article 23 Settlement of Disputes

The mall operates a damage compensation processing facility to reflect the opinions and complaints posed by users and to compensate the damage.
The mall will process the complaints and comments submitted by the users with priority. However, in the event that it is difficult to process it promptly, the user will be notified immediately of the reason and processing schedule.
If there is an application for damages relief from the user regarding the electronic commerce dispute between the mall and the user, it may be subject to the arbitration of the dispute arbitration institution commissioned by the Fair Trade Commission or the city governor.

Article 24 Jurisdiction and Governing Law

The lawsuits related to the e-commerce disputes between the mall and the user shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the address of the user at the time of the case and, in the absence of the address. However, if the address or residence of the user is not clear at the time of filing the complaint, or if the foreign resident is a foreign resident, he / she shall submit it to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
Korean laws apply to e-commerce litigation filed between the Mall and users.
